Barbara relocated to Florida in 1983 and joined our firm in 1993 with previous banking experience. She enjoys traveling and lives in Clearwater with her husband, David.

Sue moved to Florida from Massachusetts in 1991 and joined our firm in 1993 for several years, left and then returned in 2000. She claims to be semi-retired now. She has an associate degree in accounting and has worked in the legal field for a good percentage of her life. She has been a mentor with The Big Brothers Big Sisters program here in Florida and is currently a volunteer at the SPCA of Tampa Bay. She lives in Seminole with her dogs, Buster, Ruby and Maggie who were adopted from the SPCA.

New to Florida in 1998, Judy joined our firm in 2001 with many years of family law experience from New York and Pinellas County. She was previously employed by the New Jersey State Bar Association in the Legislative Department, was active in local New Jersey politics, and was a member of the Steering Committee for the Woodbridge Township, New Jersey Board of Education. Judy was also a founding member of a nonprofit organization that raised money for local women recovering from breast cancer. She resides in Palm Harbor and loves to kayak and spend time with her family.

Raul joined Staack, Simms & Reighard, PLLC, in January of 2014. He has earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Saint Petersburg College. Raul is a combat veteran of the Iraqi War and in his spare time he is a professional photographer. He currently lives in Clearwater with his wife, two daughters and his French Bulldog.
